Patrick is an attorney in the construction practice at Baker & Daniels LLP, and he is General Counsel for the Design-Build Institute of America’s Great Lakes Region. In his law practice, Patrick counsels public agencies and private businesses on improving construction efficiencies with design-build and other integrated construction practices. He also assists design-build professionals with teaming arrangements, licensing, contracts, and dispute resolution.
