The City of Evanston, Illinois, is seeking qualified developers to design, build, finance, and operate new recreational facilities in Crown Park.  See the RFQ and Exhibits at http://www.cityofevanston.org/departments/parks/ice-rink-project.shtml  The project – which requires a creative leasing arrangement, LEED Silver standards, significant private sector funding, and demolition of the existing Crown Center – is open for prospective developers to submit qualifications until June 29, 2010.

A pre-submission conference is scheduled for tomorrow at 3:00 p.m. at the Lorraine H. Morton Civic Center in Evanston.
